General Retreat Information

Are the retreats really adults-only?

Yes. All of our retreat experiences are exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. This ensures a peaceful, mature environment ideal for relaxation, reflection, and intentional travel.

How long are the retreats?

Most guests stay for 4–7 nights, but we can customize your stay based on your interests, availability, and package type. Day retreats may be possible upon request.

What’s included in each package?

All packages include private accommodations, airport transfers, bilingual support, breakfast daily, and activities based on your chosen retreat. Please refer to the individual package pages for full details.

Is Mérida safe for travelers?

Yes. Mérida is widely considered one of the safest cities in Mexico. We still offer safety briefings upon arrival and accompany you during all scheduled outings and appointments.

What kind of accommodations are provided?

You’ll stay in a beautifully maintained, adult-only boutique retreat house with private rooms, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and tranquil outdoor spaces including a pool and garden.

Are meals included?

Yes. Most packages include breakfast daily, with lunch and dinner depending on the retreat. Meals are prepared on-site by our local chef or enjoyed at trusted local restaurants during excursions.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. Please let us know your dietary needs in advance and we’ll tailor meals accordingly.

Booking & Travel

Do I need to schedule a call before booking?

Yes. We require a free Zoom consultation with all prospective guests before confirming your retreat. This ensures the experience is the right fit for your needs, goals, and expectations. It also gives you a chance to ask questions, discuss any special considerations, and choose the best package for you.

How do I schedule the Zoom consultation?

You can schedule your consultation directly through our website or by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. We’ll send you a calendar link to choose a time that works best for you.

Do I need to speak Spanish?

Not at all. Members of our team are bilingual, and we’ll accompany you during tours, appointments, or any activity that may require translation.

What airport should I fly into?

Mérida International Airport (MID) is just 15–20 minutes from our retreat house. Merida Airport pickup and drop-off are included in every package. Pick up from Cancun can be arranged for an additional cost.

Can I come alone?

Yes! Many of our guests are solo travelers. You’ll find a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment whether you come alone or with a partner/friend.

How do I book a retreat?
